Host Your Own Stoneopolis Server

Before jumping into action, you must first purchase a Minecraft server with us – if you haven’t already. Afterward, follow the instructions below to set up Stoneopolis in Minecraft to play with friends.

1. Head towards your Apex server panel, then locate the Game File area.
2. Click on the currently selected option, then type “Stoneopolis”.
   
3. Once found, press it and continue to confirm the changes in the prompts.
   

   *Make sure to create a new world, as this modpack requires it.

4. Wait for this to load, then install the modpack on your CurseForge launcher.
5. Afterward, you can join the Stoneopolis server!

Stoneopolis Modpack

Upon joining the Stoneopolis Minecraft server, you will be surrounded by stone blocks in a confined space. The first step towards survival is opening the Quest Book, accessible in your inventory. Review the tasks and learn more about this strange new world. Beyond this, getting started means you must break stone blocks with your fists – no tool required. Collect pebbles and begin your journey, while also completing quests. Each mission will award you with B Bucks, a currency used to purchase exclusive items. These can help you get a head start on this adventure in your Stoneopolis server.

Stone Basics

As previously mentioned above, players must collect pebbles by breaking stone blocks. These are the foundation materials for crafting items and other blocks. Make stone out of them, create a workbench and other items to progress in the server. We encourage you to expand your starting location, meaning to make it extremely large. This will come in handy when making farms, storage rooms, and even factories.

After completing quests and collecting B Bucks, you can craft a Catalogue to exchange these items. There are several materials, blocks, foods, and other items available. Some of these can even complete quests for you! Take advantage of this store, as you might need it later on. For instance, starting a farm requires you to have some food items – only obtainable through the Catalogue at this stage.

When trying to upgrade your equipment or base, consider crafting stone saplings. These can transform into dark trees! Each one will offer you wood, extra saplings, and dark apples. Use your quests to learn more crafting recipes so you can maximize each wood block to its fullest. However, having a large enough room is required. Consider expanding your base with a dedicated area for tree farming.

Advanced Quests

The level of progression in the Stoneopolis modpack for Minecraft is determined by you. Whether you take it slow or quickly advance, it all boils down to your play style. There are many different quests and gamestages for you to complete. When you make enough progress, new dimensions and opportunities will open up! Keep this in mind while working on the quests, as not all of them are required to reach new areas.

Unique Dimensions

One of the first dimensions you will encounter is called The Void, similar to Skyblock worlds – as you only spawn on a platform. There isn’t any tree, but there will be after completing quests. The starting quests are similar to the first chapter of your adventure, but with a twist…you have more items! Use them and complete each task to make progress. Additionally, don’t fall off the world since that will result in total death.

One of the other dimensions to explore is known as The Colored Caves, which is an understatement given all the different kinds of stone textures inside. Naturally spawning trees will be scattered throughout this world, offering you unique kinds of materials. The quests at this point become harder and more challenging, so take advantage of your friends to quickly claim victory.

There are so many other features available in the Stoneopolis modpack for Forge 1.20.1! These include custom items, weapons, armor, tools, decorations, foods, and so much more.
