To join a Satisfactory server, first visit the Apex Server Panel, then find the IP:Port section on the main page. Keep this number nearby, then open Satisfactory. From the main menu, open the Server Manager, then choose to add a server. Enter the IP address containing all information before the colon in the top field. In the second field, enter the 5-digit port after the colon. If it is the first setup, you will first need to follow the prompts to configure the server, then it will be available to join and play.
How to Change the Satisfactory Server Password?
To prevent unknown players from joining your server, first launch Satisfactory from your game launcher. From the menu, select the Server Manager option, then access your server. In the top tab, enter the Server Settings, then locate the button for Player Password Protection. When prompted, enter your desired password in the top field, then enter it once more to confirm it. Finally, visit the Apex Server Panel to restart the server and require the password to join the server.
How to Change the Satisfactory Server Name?
In order for your server to stand out with a unique name, launch Satisfactory and proceed to the main menu. Enter the Server Manager option, then proceed to the Server Settings tab at the top. Here, locate the Server Name text field, then enter your desired server name. Once this is done, visit the Apex Server Panel and restart the server for these changes to take effect.
How to Upload a Singleplayer World?
In order to upload a singleplayer world to a dedicated server, first open Satisfactory on your computer. Once on the main menu, enter the Server Manager, select your server, then proceed to the Manage Saves tab. In the new sub-menu, press the Upload Save tab, then browse for the world you wish to use. Once you select the desired session and save the file, press Upload Game. When complete, visit the Load Save tab, select your uploaded file, then choose Load Game to prepare it on the server. After a minute or so, the world should be loaded on the server and be available to play.
