Host Your Own Project Overpowered – Skyblock Server

If you don’t already have your own Minecraft server, purchase one with us before following the steps below. Choose from a wide variety of modpacks in our automatic installer, including Project Overpowered – Skyblock!

1. Head towards your Apex server panel, then locate the Game File area.
2. Click on the currently selected option, then type “Project Overpowered – Skyblock”.
   
3. Once found, press it and continue to confirm the changes in the prompts.
   
4. Wait for this to load, then install the modpack on your CurseForge launcher.
5. Afterward, you can join the Project Overpowered – Skyblock server!

Project Overpowered – Skyblock Modpack

Upon loading into your Project Overpowered – Skyblock server, only one tree will be around for you to use. However, there are other resources and features available to you for extra items. These primarily involve quests, especially in the late-game stages. The following sections will guide you through the basics and help you progress overall. Keep in mind that there’s a whole different dimension shortly after playing the modpack, meaning you have many choices when building bases. This modpack is essentially an advanced, yet simplistic Skyblock adventure.
 

Getting Started

Players will have three books in their inventory, with two of them being used for gathering information – while the second is for quests. This is where you will spend a lot of time looking through tasks, rewards, crafting recipes, and more. The first chapter requires you to perform basic activities, such as collecting wood, making interactive blocks (stations), and crafting tools.

However, you must shift + right-click the grass / dirt blocks on your island to gather pebbles for cobblestone. This will be your only method of getting any kind of stone in the Project Overpowered – Skyblock modpack, for now. Follow the quest tasks and continue your journey! We recommend expanding your island with cobblestone and setting up a dedicated area for crafting.

Mining Dimension

Players who worked hard enough can reach the Mining Dimension! There are two required quests before reaching this world, so make sure to complete them. Afterwards, you’re able to gather ores and other valuable resources that aren’t naturally available on the island. These include, iron, gold, redstone, diamond, flint, and other blocks. Avoid using normal tools, as Tinker’s Construct is the preferred method – especially since they’re more durable.
 

Transmutation Table

At the end of your first chapter, the Transmutation Table is required to progress further in the modpack. This functions as a battery for EMC energy and a charging station for EMC storage, which comes in handy later on. You must meet a requirement of 50,000 EMC for the first chapter to be finished. This means you have to input various materials and resources to reach it.

The Transmutation Table is with the ProjectE mod, which is a stepping stone to other quests in the Project Overpowered – Skyblock modpack for Minecraft. This chapter and many others will use more advanced blocks, items, and knowledge. Be prepared and make sure to read the task instructions carefully to understand what needs to be done. Shape the world into your own image, as there is much to do in-game!

SBC Shop

One interesting feature from this modpack is the ability to shop for exclusive items. The SBC currency is earned by completing quests, so save and use them when you want. This shop is accessible from the quests menu, near the bottom of the chapter list. Players can select randomized mob spawn eggs, enchantments, blocks, and other various items. These can significantly help you progress through the adventure.
