There’ve been several biomes added to Minecraft over the years, such as the Badlands and Giant Tree Taiga. These introduced a wide variety of environmental changes for players to begin enjoying. Whether new blocks or terrain generation was added, there’s lots of building potential. This is no exception for Minecraft’s latest 1.20 update, Trails & Tales, as it brings the Cherry Blossom biome! This area is filled with pink colored trees and petals all over the place. There’s plenty of exciting building materials to choose from for aesthetic building. Explore new block combinations to find the perfect one for your base. Let’s begin to unravel the cherry blossom biome in Minecraft!
Players will instantly recognize the beauty of cherry blossoms, as it’s completely unique compared to all other biomes. There are no other trees like it in the game, especially considering it’s pink. You can find them on top of mountains or hills around the Minecraft world, but this can change since the major update isn’t officially released yet. Expect some bees to be in this biome, as hives are commonly found on the trees. Besides this, many players will enhance their experience with shaders to make the cherry blossom biome even more amazing.
As hinted above, there are new and exciting building materials to use! These follow a similar theme, pink colored wooden blocks. Whether you grab some Cherry Planks or Stripped Cherry Wood, there’s lots of possibilities for an excellent house. All of the recipes are the same like its counterparts, such as making a sign or door. Just make sure to have enough Cherry Logs to craft them in your Minecraft world.
Go bananas with your designs when building a pink structure! These buildings make for a great aesthetic in-game, which may just be perfect for your map. This is amplified by having them near a cherry blossom biome, especially with the petals on the ground. Otherwise, these materials can be used for interior decorations to enhance the quality of your base. Instead of pink carpet, simply use cherry blocks! Regardless of how you use them, it’s a wonderful addition to Minecraft.
Another good tip about cherry trees is that players can plant their saplings anywhere in the world. This may come in handy when making a farm, especially if you’re needing lots of pink wood. Some vegetation only grows in certain areas of the map, which limits creativity. Luckily this isn’t the case for cherry blossoms! Alternatively, use their saplings for decoration since they’re considered the best looking types in Minecraft.
Whether you’re wanting a new wood log or some pink leaves for your base, cherry blossom biomes provide lots of new materials to try out. Take up an axe and start chopping down trees to start crafting them. This biome also gives players an aesthetic area to set up camp, unlike other terrains. With this in mind, get creative with your structures and design to make the perfect base. This process is tons of fun with friends, which you can do by making an Experimental 1.20 Server. Besides this, we hope this blog helps you learn more about cherry blossoms in Minecraft. Have a good one, gamers!
