Apex Hosting offers cross-site support via LiveChat to provide on-demand assistance when you need it. The best use of our Live Chat is when you need a question answered fast whether it’s in relation to your server or not. If the inquiry is related to a physical action in respects to your server, i.e installing any file, major setting changes, etc then you should submit support ticket.
Accessing Our Live Chat
Our live chat interface is located at the bottom right of your browser and can be accessed by simply clicking it.
From here you can view guides to our most popular questions; if they don’t relate to your inquiry you can continue by filling out the respective information:
- Full Name – Your full name or a name to reference you by.
- MC Username – Your Minecraft username.
- Account Email – If you’re a client with us you should provide the email for the respective account. Failure to do so may result in delays when trying to retrieve your details. Otherwise, you can provide any valid email.
To expedite things during this time, you can state your inquiry to the representative even before one is able to take your request. Once a representative has connected to review the information and reply back, you may then continue your inquiry as expected. In order to ensure a progressive resolution, be sure to write with clear intent.
