Prominence II: Hasturian Era Modpack
Once you join the server, the world you load into is unlike standard Minecraft. Prominence II: Hasturian Era is built around a lore-driven RPG experience with hundreds of Fabric mods working together. Whether you want to fight through dungeons, level up a character build, forge legendary weapons, or explore a world full of custom biomes, the pack gives you plenty to work with. You can browse other options on the modpack server list if you want to compare it with similar packs.
Structures and Biomes
Traversing the world, you and your friends will notice new biomes that range from massive mountain ranges to darkened forests, each with unique resources like elder wood for crafting. Keep an eye on your surroundings while exploring, since some of these areas are dangerous and others contain rare materials worth collecting.
You may also find randomly generated structures scattered across the map. These include upgraded villages, custom outposts, towers, temples, and shrines. Most contain chests, sometimes hidden underneath the structure itself. Finding gear or resources early in these locations gives you a strong start before heading into harder content.
Dungeons
Dungeons appear both underground and on the surface. One notable example sends you into a separate dimension full of mazes, enemies, and loot, entered through a portal already ignited on the Overworld. Others appear inside large caves and caverns. These areas are designed for groups, since the difficulty scales and some encounters are hard to survive alone.
The modpack’s RPG design shows clearly in combat. Third-person mode looks and feels like a genre game, with fighting animations and a wide range of weapons, shields, and armor to find and equip.
Talent Tree and Character Progression
Prominence II: Hasturian Era adds a full character progression system. You can choose from 10 fates and allocate points across passive talents, active abilities, and stat upgrades as you level up. Mob difficulty scales with your character level, so the challenge stays relevant as you progress.
Two story campaigns run through the pack: The Void’s Invasion and The Hasturian Era. Both give you objectives and boss fights to work toward, rather than just open-ended survival.
Artifact Forging and Unique Items
The Molten Core lets you forge and upgrade artifact weapons, giving you access to gear that grows more powerful as you invest in it. Beyond artifacts, the loot pool includes swords, daggers, katanas, bows, staffs, and musical instruments across multiple rarity tiers.
Mythic boss encounters have infinite scaling difficulty, meaning end-game content stays challenging regardless of how powerful your character becomes. The transmogrification system lets you change the appearance of your gear without affecting stats, so you can build the look you want while keeping your best equipment active.
Prominence II: Hasturian Era FAQ
The modpack runs on Fabric for Minecraft 1.20.1. This is the only supported loader for the main Hasturian Era edition. A separate Forge version of Prominence II exists on CurseForge under a different listing, but it is a distinct pack and may not include all Hasturian Era features. For more information on loader differences, see the guide on Forge vs Fabric.
At least 8 GB of RAM is recommended for both the client and the server to run the pack smoothly. For servers with multiple players or additional mods, 12 GB or more will provide better performance. If you experience crashes or slow loading, increasing allocated memory is the first step.
Yes. You can install additional compatible mods on either your launcher or your server. Keep in mind that adding mods to a pack this size increases RAM usage, so allocate extra memory if you plan to expand the modpack. For guidance on adding mods, see installing mods with Forge.
