To join a 7 Days to Die server with an IP address, you must first login and access your Apex Server Panel. Here, scroll down to the IP Address:Port section, then copy the full address. Once this is done, launch your 7DtD game until you are at the main menu. Once there, press Join A Game, then use the Connect To IP button near the bottom. A new window will open, allowing you to CTRL+V paste the IP in the top field. This should automatically fill out the second field with the port, allowing you to press Connect and join the server.
How to Set a Password for a 7 Days to Die Server?
To set a password, you must first log into your Apex Server Panel and stop the server. From here, access the customizations tab in the left-hand menu. Once there, locate the Server Password section and the text field adjacent to it. In the field, enter whichever server password you desire. When this is complete, return to the main panel page and start the server to load it using the password.
How to Change the Server Name for a 7 Days to Die Server?
In order to change the name for the server, you will first need to log into the Apex Server Panel, then stop the server. Following this, proceed to the Customizations tab in the left-hand menu. In this area, locate the Server Name section and its respective text field. Here, enter the desired server name that you wish to use. Afterwards, return to the main panel page and start the server. This will now load the game server with a designated name.
How to Set a Description for a 7 Days to Die Server?
To set a description for your 7 Days to Die server, navigate to the Apex Server Panel, then use the stop button to turn off the server. From there, access the Customizations tab in the left-hand menu. In this area, locate the Server Description section with a text field to the right. In the field, enter the desired server description that you wish to appear. Once this is complete, return to the main panel page and start the server.
