Hello and welcome to this lovely website of ours which houses the best gaming-related blog on the entirety of the internet! Ok, maybe it isn’t that good, but we could dream! We got a good batch of news for you as always, so let’s hop right in. The latest snapshot brings forth some cool stuff to check out.
Snapshot 22w13a has some very interesting changes with the ancient cities. The largest structure in the cities seems to be some sort of Redstone puzzle. After killing a mob in a certain area, a secret door will open allowing the player to enter the structure revealing multiple Redstone contraptions. This along with multiple other puzzles are all hidden under the massive Warden-looking sculpture. This seems to be Mojang’s way of teaching players how Redstone works, with each structure housing new Redstone contraptions that are fairly complex. Circuits, clocks, Lecterns, and even more. Lore-wise, this place acts as a sort of Redstone lab that stood strong in the ancient city before whatever happened. How interesting!

We out here playing awesome games like Lego Star Wars…
Aaron – Aaron has been exercising more and having fun walks at 3 AM. He also finished all the Young Sheldon episodes.
Dalton – Dalton’s desk PC is almost finished, as he started measuring where most of the parts will go. Best of luck!
Erika – Erika started Zumba and has been watching taboo and the last season of peaky blinders. She also got a 9 on her first math exam, which I think is good! She credits Octavio for the tutoring!
Santiago – Santiago is getting into another fighting game phase and considering buying a snack box micro. It’s small and pretty.
Octavio – Octavio has watched the first season of The Witcher and has been playing a lot of Stardew Valley lately. He also finally reached the new content and thinks it’s cool, loving it. I’m glad you enjoy it!
Matt – Matt has been playing tons of Killing Floor 2 recently. Great game!
Been a while, but let’s talk about Valheim! Patch 0.208.1 is implemented for the public test branch of Valeim, and is explicitly stated to be possibly unstable. This is a test to check the changes being implemented before they make it live to the default version of the game. The developers want to assure they have a chance to adjust the balancing and discover bugs. This is to offer you, the gamers, the best possible experience.
In any case, this patch fixes various bugs, changed upgraded functions to now remember the selected object when upgrading, and added a few small features. All around, a good update that will be appreciated when it makes its way to the default game.
Welp, that’s the week. Minecraft had an interesting snapshot that has the goal of teaching players all about Redstone mechanics while adding to the ancient cities. The Apex team is doing fine, as always with a fair amount of them playing cool games. LEGO Star Wars looks particularly interesting. Lastly, Valheim has a decent patch which will most likely change completely by the time it reaches us. With that being said, I hope you all have a wonderful day.
