Hello everyone and welcome to our weekly news blog! It’s that time of the week again. There’s not much to report on, but you know we’re here to bring you the latest happenings, so let’s get right into the news!
Minecraft Bedrock Edition has received a new epic DLC. If you ever wished for it, there is now a Batman and Minecraft crossover! Purchasable on the Minecraft marketplace, you can fly through the night as the Caped Crusader and save the city from Harley Quinn, The Joker, The Penguin, and more dastardly Super-Villains from the DC Universe. Explore the legendary Batcave, utilize the Bat-Gadgets in your Utility Belt, and complete perplexing puzzles all for the sake of saving the ever-so-beloved Alfred! Become the Dark Knight with this new DLC today!
Batman in Minecraft? Meh, Fortnite got ‘em first.
Ricky – Ricky got a new gym membership!
Santiago – Fighting games are fun, play Guilty Gear.
Dalton – Dalton accidentally ordered 12 protein shakes for a flavor he’s never tried. Hopefully, it’s good!
Thomas – Thomas is loving the new Halloween discord call theme. I love it too!
Lloyd – Lloyd is enjoying the replay mod. I think I’ll be using him later to take some vids of my mod.
Happy Halloween from the Rust crew! On October 20th Rust was updated with the Halloween patch, adding a few new seasonal items for all of us to enjoy. But what type of stuff is to be expected?
This latest patch brought a few new features. The Halloween event sparks off with a buildable monster, working portals, a hockey facemask, a Cultist Deer Torch, and a literal Baseball bat. You can figure what type of Halloween we’re going for. Tons of improvements have been made as well to lighting and even a balance adjustment to the Mace being buffed by +10 damage. Halloween NPCs have also been fixed.
Another day, another epic pile of news for you all. Minecraft came in with the surprise Batman crossover DLC which nobody expected. When I saw the announcement at Minecraft Live I thought “what a treat!” but shortly after proceeded not to buy it because I’m cheap. The Apex team is doing fine, with Lloyd helping me work on my mod’s marketing. Expect a link to the Curseforge page next week! Lastly, Rust gets spooky this season with a new update. And that’s the week!
