The lack of new and unique structures in Minecraft may lead some players to search for Forge or Fabric mods to solve this problem. One of these is called Towns and Towers, offering you and others a brand-new experience in-game. Whether you use it for a Minecraft server to play with friends or in singleplayer, new buildings will be added to explore. These range from villages and pillager outposts, spanning across different biomes with their own special features. Mod Preview

As previously mentioned, the Towns and Towers mod implements a wide variety of new structures to Minecraft. Whether you’re using Forge or Fabric, these buildings are the same. Some examples include villages as tents in the badlands, with others being jungle-themed. There are tons of these structures to find, as there are many different biomes for them to generate – the same applies to pillager outposts. We encourage you to enable cheats or become a server operator to easily explore them via the locate command. Otherwise, review the subsections below to get a sneak peek at the Towns and Towers mod for Minecraft Forge or Fabric.
Villager Ships
One of the most unique structures to find in Minecraft with this modification is villager ships. These appear in deep oceans in fleets, with one being an extremely large one. Each ship will have villagers that you can trade with, along with chests to loot. In some cases, the more important items will be stored behind bars. We encourage you to explore the great oceans to find these wonderful villagers.

Mushroom Village

In cases where you find the rare mushroom island, there might be a unique village. These buildings are based on its biome, making players feel immersed. One such example is a large custom-made mushroom house. As like other villages in Minecraft with the Towns and Towers mod, there will be lootable chests. The chances of you finding this biome, let alone the village are low – so good luck!
Floral Village
Fans of flowers and Japanese-themed buildings will love this type of village. Located near forests, players might stumble upon these unique structures. The layout is similar to normal villages, meaning there will be places for blacksmiths, librarians, and other roles. Instead of an average well, there will be something else for you. This area marks a good spot for building a new base, especially with its aesthetic appeal.

Desolate Outpost

Moving away from villages, pillager outposts also get a makeover with the Towns and Towers mod for Minecraft Forge or Fabric. One example is a desolate structure in the desert, yet filled with many features. This place is extremely dangerous for adventurers, so make sure to be well equipped before exploring its secrets. There will be a captain near the top of the outpost, along with valuables to steal.
Badlands Outpost
Similar to the first outpost we covered, there’s another one in the badlands that is void of much around it. However, there is much inside and outside for players to enjoy – such as lootable barrels, hay bales, and ores to collect. You might make this a wonderful starting base or completely raid it, but this is a point of interest regardless. However, there aren’t too many rooms beyond its tower and foundation.

Jungle Outpost

Finding an outpost in the jungle is highly rewarding, as there are many features to enjoy. There’s even a kidnapped villager inside, should you save them or focus on taking loot? Expect big fights though, as there are tons of illagers around that will hunt you down. Watch out for captains, as they are commonly found near the top of the outpost. Beyond this, there are many rooms full of furniture and decorations that can make for a fitting base.
Loot Tables

As for the different kinds of loot available from these villages and outposts, it ranges from food to equipment. The first structures tend to have more valuables to steal, while the second harbors rare and exclusive items like armor trims. We hope you have the best of luck when exploring these structures with the Towns and Towers mod for Minecraft Forge or Fabric. Remember, using the locate command with cheats or operator permissions is the best way to easily find these buildings – otherwise, it will take a lot longer.
