Cisco’s Fantasy Medieval RPG

When you first join the server, you’ll want to select your character, blessing, and class. This will give you unique abilities and attributes that may help in the early to late stages of your gameplay. It all boils down to your style, but afterwards – you will be spawned in an awe inspiring world. With built-in shaders, you might just feel the sun rays beaming through your body! Besides that, you’ll likely notice structures nearby if you get a good spawn point. We strongly recommend exploring these areas for early loot, but be careful. Monsters and bosses can appear anytime, depending on the dungeon or structure.

As for the specific character builds at the start, one example includes a Goblin with Ra’s Blessing and a Warrior class. This would give the player extra damage against enemies, more loot from mob drops, a boost for fire damage, and more movement speed with shields. Read through each one to build the perfect character to use in-game. This can drastically change how you play Minecraft, as each type of race, blessing, or class has their advantages and disadvantages.
As we continue to showcase mechanics and breakdown the Cisco’s Fantasy Medieval RPG modpack, here are some core features to keep in mind:
🗡️ Custom Combat System | Includes dodging, new animations, scaling difficulty, and weapons / armor with unique abilities. |
✨ Dual Magic System | Two huge mods offering offensive and utility-based spellcasting. |
🧬 Origins + Skill Trees | Create a personalized character with RPG-style abilities, blessings, and class traits. |
🌍 Extensive World Generation | Overhauled Overworld, Nether, and End with revamped biomes, hundreds of custom structures, and five new dimensions filled with hand-crafted dungeons, ruins, villages, and boss lairs. |
📜 Massive Quests | Over 200 lore-rich quests that guide players through mechanics, mod features, and story-driven content. |
🐉 Custom Bosses | Collect powerful gear, magical trinkets, and face unique bosses with special mechanics and rewards. |
Nexus Warp Scrolls
While exploring the world, you might encounter a large tower with a spiral staircase leading to its peak. At the top, you will find a unique block – and once interacted with, you will receive a Nexus Warp Scroll. This is similar to waystones, meaning you can teleport back to this place. The only downside is that you cannot return back to where you were in-game after using it.

While having the scroll out, right-click with it in an open area. This will create a portal structure out of thin air! Simply walk through the portal and you’ll be transported back to the Nexus Warp tower. If you attempt to do this in an enclosed space, the portal will not be built. There are several towers for you to find, meaning you can easily move around the world at will.
Dungeons & Loot
One of the most exciting features from Cisco’s Fantasy Medieval RPG modpack is how many dungeons there are in the world. These are typically underground, but can be on the surface or even in the sky too. There will be tough opponents in these areas, with some being bosses. Destroy mob spawners, use your abilities, and dodge attacks to avoid succumbing to enemies. It helps when you explore dungeons with others, giving you an edge against mobs.

Each lootable chest in these dungeons and other structures are shared, meaning every player gets something out of their efforts. These items range from materials to enchanted equipment, with some being more rare than others. You might even find spell books and other magic-based items. It all boils down to luck, so open every chest for an opportunity to find something unique!
Too Many Structures!

As previously hinted, there are hundreds of unique structures scattered around the world. Whether it’s a dungeon, village, town, or something completely else – you are guaranteed to find something while exploring. Some are small, while others are massive. Make sure to equip yourself with the best gear before mindlessly walking inside, as you might encounter powerful enemies. Once you clear it out, the structure could be perfect for a base!
Nature & Wildlife
Another immersive feature from Cisco’s Fantasy Medieval RPG modpack is nature and wildlife. Imagine running through a field to find a buffalo chilling in the grass, you won’t get that in vanilla Minecraft. There are tons of awesome creatures to find, tame, and farm now! Although some may not be so friendly towards you, so watch out. These mobs are found throughout the world in various biomes.

Speaking of biomes, there are tons…so much so that you might never find them all. Each one can provide you with unique crops, building blocks, resources, and wild animals. If you like a specific biome, make it your home! Otherwise, move on to another biome and see what secrets it holds. Remember, biome-specific creatures and resources do exist – take advantage of it.
Tools, Weapons, Armor
Whether you’re in the Overworld or Aether, there are tons of equipment to craft and collect. These include weapons, tools, and armor that all have unique attributes. For example, some chestplates work better with fire-based builds than others. The same applies with magic and different elements! It can be challenging to get exactly what you need / want, so we recommend looting what you can in dungeons. This would give you the best chance to get something rare.

Hostile Enemies

One of the many struggles, or perhaps rewarding fights, is hostile enemies. There are many of them, with many being located underground. There are several kinds of bosses and super creepy mobs, while others are more vanilla-based. After defeating a boss, players are given a reward for their efforts. This can be an incredibly rare or common item, just depending on various factors. Besides this, custom mobs are found all around the world similar to the wildlife in biomes.
Dimension Overhauls
Tired of the Overworld? Jump into the Nether and find it completely overhauled. The ceiling is made of fire, everything around you can be dangerous, extremely large castles, fortresses, and other structures are found here too. Expect harder enemies, better loot, and challenges in this dimension. This theme follows other dimensions too, especially the custom ones. Only journey to these when you feel ready, as trying to speedrun anything isn’t a good idea.

The End and Aether are the most popular dimensions from the Cisco’s Fantasy Medieval RPG modpack for Minecraft. These provide players with endless opportunities to discover valuable items, rewarding challenges, new resources, and areas to build. However, there are a couple more new dimensions that remain mysterious. We won’t ruin the surprise! All that we’ll say is you best be prepared to fight anything.
